Moreover, we have established multiple management systems that are based on and certified according to internationally recognised standards in order to ensure sustainable corporate management. Meffert AG has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 (quality management) since 1996, and according to DIN EN ISO 14001 (environmental management) since 2001. Since 2015 we have also been certified according to ISO 50001:2011 (energy management).

Already in 1999, we committed ourselves to the guidelines of the worldwide Responsible Care Initiative. Comprehensive environmental management is something we practise day by day in every department. The aim is to reconcile environmental protection, economics and social responsibility so that they fulfil current requirements completely without hindering the company’s free and unburdened development. In doing so, we always aim to avoid jeopardising or having a negative impact on either the environment or future generations.
