New paint filling line ensures higher production figures
Acrylic lacquers in particular are in high demand. We have therefore decided to invest in water-based paints. For orientation: before the change, our paint production was able to produce 20 to 25 containers per minute. Thanks to the investment in the new De Vree system, we can now produce up to 70 cans of 750 milliliters per minute! The system is fully automatic and servo-controlled so that it works almost independently.
To optimize the process, we have also implemented two new can lifters including a ceiling track. This means that the infeed speed of the empty containers is adapted to the accelerated paint filling capacity. To ensure that the downstream packaging process can also keep up with this new speed, we have purchased an additional "packer".

To ensure that our varnishes and glazes are always state-of-the-art, we rely on innovative technologies for our varnish factory. Erbedol brand paints dry quickly and even at low outside temperatures. Over 1000 colors are available to our customers. We have a special color fan for construction and agricultural machinery and tractors.
